Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
Products must be free of damage, stains, scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
Original packaging, accessories, and sub-parts must be included.
Process for Returns and Exchanges
Initiation: Contact us at support@houseofvedas.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Pickup Arrangement: Our shipping partners will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time at your address.
Packing Instructions: We will send you a confirmation email with packing instructions for the return.
Quality Check: Upon receipt, our team will conduct a quality check of the returned item.
Refund or Exchange: Once approved, we will process your refund or send the exchanged item.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only once per item.
The exchanged item must be of equal or higher value. If higher, you will need to pay the difference.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated to the original source of payment.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide the necessary account details.
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
Free Shipping
HOUSE OF VEDAS offers free shipping on all orders within India, including returns and exchanges.
For areas where pickup is not available, customers can self-return the product via courier at our expense. Please contact us for instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions may have different return policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if you no longer want the item.
